Big Box USA offers parcel forward services from USA with package consolidation to the world, we also offer assisted shopping service in physical and online stores and eventually we sell some products in our Online store.

When registering on our website your account will be automatically associated with an address with a unique suite code and that code must be used in all your purchases. When we receive a package destined for your suite, we will register the package in your account. Big Box USA offers two types of accounts: "Light" account and "Full" account. In the "Light" account all received packages will be registered in your account only with outside picture of the package and shipping requests will be made by selecting one or more received packages and it is not possible to select the split package and in the "Full" account all packages received will be registered in your account with the outside picture of the package and we will also register with picture the items inside of the received package and in this account you will individually select the product for shipping.

Terms and Conditions of Use

 

These are the Terms and Conditions governing your use of our website and services and the agreement between you (referred to as "you" or "Customer") and Big Box USA ("Big Box USA", "we", "Company"). These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users in relation to the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you will not be able to access the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Company's Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use the App or the Site and informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. All services provided by Big Box USA are available on our website and described in the "Services" section of this agreement.

You are responsible for confirming that the contents of the package delivered to our warehouse is what you asked the merchant. Big Box USA will cancel customer accounts that make redirection requests for products and/or packages that for any reason are registered in your suite by mistake and belong to a different customer. If you check a package or product that may belong to another customer in your suite, you must immediately notify Big Box USA so that the error can be corrected.

 

Big Box USA Responsibilities

 

Big Box USA's full liability to customer for the packages shipped shall not exceed the amount of handling fees (excluding actual shipping fees).

Customer shall indemnify and hold Big Box USA harmless from any and all claims, including legal fees incurred in the defense against such claims, from third parties resulting from the taxation of the package/mail sent by the Big Box USA customer.

Big Box USA will not be liable for any damage caused by an error or omission caused by you providing false or incorrect information or for not providing all necessary information.

Big Box USA is not responsible for sending packages to incorrect and/or non-complete addresses provided or used by the customer. The customer is entirely responsible for correctly filling out the address for purchases and shipments.

User

 

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete and current at all times, and you shall not use our website or services for any purpose that is unlawful, immoral or prohibited by that term and authorize the Big Box USA, directly or through third parties, to ask any questions and/or request documents that we consider necessary to validate your identity. Failure to comply constitutes a violation of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions that require your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to third parties. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not legally available for use, a name or brand that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without proper authorization , or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

You can use your account to redirect mail (letters, magazines) but for that it is necessary that your account is verified. Otherwise, these items are discarded when they are received.

Your account may not be used in any case for opening a bank account and/or financial institutions, issuing documents, opening companies or the like.

Users must make sure that packages sent to Big Box USA have the correct name, address, and suite code as per registration.

You are fully responsible for ensuring and following all shipping regulations, including customs regulations of the destination country. We do not guarantee the shipment of packages that do not comply with U.S. export or import regulations from the destination country.

You are fully responsible for completing the customs declaration of the package and documentation required by the customs of the destination country as well as any fees or taxes for the import of the package.

You acknowledge that you have a duty and are solely responsible for providing all information required by the laws of the country that is the final destination of your package and the laws and regulations of the United States without exception.

Your account may be cancelled if proof of ownership is requested and you are unable to prove the information or if you provide false information.

By using the website you consider that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and that you are over 18 years of age.

About Using the Site

 

You agree not to use the site or services to:

·       Post or upload to the Company's computer servers or network any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any telecommunications software or hardware or equipment;

·       Make purchases of illegal or fraudulent products using the company's address or name;

·       Send automated queries of any kind to the site;

·       Make copies of the site using reverse engineering, source code or similar of the same nature.

 

Services

 

Registration

To use the Company's services, you must register on the website through the registration form.

You will be asked to provide certain information relevant to your order, including, without limitation, your name, your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, your billing address and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card or other payment method in connection with any order; and that (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to the processing of third-party payments for the purpose of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

 

Prices

Service prices can be found on our homepage.

 

Payments

Big Box USA provides several payment methods, some payments are exclusive to certain countries. The payment method must be associated with the customer's data as registered on our website. If payment is recognized through a third party, your account may be cancelled.

 

Refund

A refund can be made through an email request and an administrative fee of $5 + 4.5% of the amount will be charged. Credits from promotions, bonuses or sweepstakes are not valid for refund.

 

Chargeback,

In case of chargeback, you will be charged the amount of $35 and/or cancellation of your account.

 

Inactive Accounts

Accounts not used for more than 2 years will be considered abandoned, your balance will be lost, and your account may be cancelled.

 

Fraud Prevention

In order to prevent any fraudulent activity, the Company uses third parties for payments, as well as to protect your account information. It is express that all purchases of products shipped to our facilities must be purchased and fully paid by you. If the Company becomes aware of any fraudulent activity your account will be cancelled.

 

Account Validation

You may be asked to send 2 IDs with photos such as passport, ID, driver's license, and the USPS form 1583 filled.

 

Export Regulations

Products must be intended for export and must comply with all applicable export laws and terms of control of the United States and the country of destination.

Any and all export license requirements are the sole responsibility of the individual as well as any and all taxes relating to importation into the country of destination.

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not sending to or located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a country of "terrorist support", and (ii) You are not listed in any united states government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Certain products are prohibited for shipping such as:

·       Currency;

·       Firearms, ammunition and weapons parts;

·       Items that require refrigeration;

·       Flammable and explosive;

·       Perishable food;

·       Aerosols;

·       Air Bags;

·       Alcoholic Beverages;

·       Animal Skins;

·       Live Animals;

·       Human remains;

·       Plants or animals;

·       Diamonds;

·       Ivory;

·       Drugs or controlled substances;

·       Cigarettes / Tobacco;

·       Electronics or equipment that require ECCN (Export Classification Control);

·       Any item prohibited by U.S. or destination country laws;

·       Prohibited or limited shipping products by the shipping company chosen for shipping.

If prohibited products are found in your order, they will be confiscated and your account may be cancelled.

 

Received Items

All packages received will be registered in your suite. For customers with a "Full" account, the products included in the package will also be registered free of charge.

All packages with items received will be mandatorily opened for inspection by the company and/or law enforcement agencies.

Registration can normally take up to two business days, but it may be longer in times of high demand.

 

Storage

All packages received have a free storage period of 120 days. If you wish to extend the term, the daily storage rate is $0.05 for every 200 in³ or fraction. After 3 expired days and showed no interest in renewing storage, packages will be considered abandoned and will be discarded, auctioned or sold in favor of Big Box USA without any prior notice.

 

Packet Refusal

The company will not be able to refuse to receive any packages without exception.

 

Return packages

You can request the return of a received package to the merchant using our own service paying the shipment cost or if the merchant provides the return label you will be charged the amount of $3.00 per package.

 

Package Photos

All packages received will be registered with photos.

 

Registration and Photos of package’s items

For customers with "Full" account the items included in the package will be weighed and registered with photos.

For customers with "Light" account the photo of the products is optional and can be contracted so that you can check the products received in that package.

 

Extra Photos

You can request the extra photo service of the received packages or registered items.

Up to 5 extra photos of the requested package or item will be added.

 

Check Products

If you suspect that the products registered in the package received are incorrect you can request this service where we will check if the products have been correctly registered. If the registration of the items is incorrect, we will return this service fee to your account.

For "Light" accounts, the extra Product Photo service must first be requested.

 

Consolidation

Consolidation is the service in which we put products from more than one package received in a single box for shipment when possible, causing them to decrease the number of boxes for redirection and thus have a great savings in shipments cost. This service is free for all accounts.

 

Shipping

We only ship by the methods available on our website at the time of the redirect request and we are not responsible for the shipping service that will be done by the chosen shipping method and all shipping terms and conditions of the company (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) apply to you and it is your sole responsibility that your package is not restricted due to size, volume or content.

Prepaid labels are not accepted for shipments except for returning a package to the originating shipper or merchant.

We do not make shipments to other package forwarders.

Big Box USA is not a carrier and we have no control and assume no responsibility for the shipping of packages that will be made using the shipping method chosen by you.

 

Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and is provided by the carrier or third parties and can be contracted during the shipment request.

The standard cost of insurance is $3 for every $100 or fraction declared.

 

Optional shipping services

You can request at the time of creating optional shipping services:

- Remove Invoices: We will remove all Invoices that are in the packages selected for shipping;

- Remove Inserts / Advertisements: We will remove all inserts, magazines and advertisements from the packages selected for shipping;

- Send Invoices by email: We send in your email all invoices available in the packages selected for shipping;

- Vacuum Packaging: In this service we will remove the clothes from the original plastic packaging and put all the clothes of the shipment in a vacuum packaging. This service is only available for "Full" accounts;

- Wrap the entire box with tape: We will wrap the entire box with adhesive tape;

- Security Tape: We will pass along the package a security tape;

- Fragile Label: We will put fragile stickers on your package;

- Remove Product’s Tags: We will remove the tags from clothing and some product when possible. This service is only available for "Full" accounts;

- Remove Product’s Prices: We will remove the prices for clothing and some products when possible. This service is only available for "Full" accounts;

- Remove the Original Packaging from the Products: All original package and/or box will be removed from the products of the shipment. This service is only available for "Full" accounts;

- Protect Products with Bubble Wrap: Will be protected with bubble wrap all fragile products from shipping.

 

Assisted Purchases

We provide assisted shopping service in online stores or physical stores.

Purchase requests in online stores are made directly on our website and the cost of this service is 8.5% on the purchase amount (Minimum fee of $5.00 per store).

Quotes for purchases in physical stores must be requested by email shopping@bigboxusa.com because the value of the service varies according to the stores and the time required for purchase.

We are not responsible for product quality, warranties, delivery problems, out of stock orders etc. We are not responsible if the purchase cannot be made for any reason.

For accounts not validated or at the Big Box USA's discretion, payment methods for assisted purchase may be restricted.

 

Big Box USA Store

We eventually provide in our store the sale of some products and all sales made on our website are made "as is" and we do not provide warranties and will not be accepted returns.

 

Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the Service.

If there are products in your account at the time of cancellation the products will be returned to stores, discarded, auctioned or sold in favor of Big Box USA.

 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The new terms will take effect when posted on our website and you should always read the Terms and Conditions before using our services.

By continuing to access or use our service after these reviews become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Site and the Service.

 

Your comment to us

 

You assign all rights, securities and interest in any Feedback you provide to the Company. If for any reason such attribution is ineffective, you agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify and explore such Feedback without Restriction.

Affiliate System

 

By registering on our site you will receive a unique link to advertise our services and thus you will receive a commission for all shipments made during the first two years of registration of the affiliate customers who register on our website using your link.

Commissions received may be transferred at any time as credit to your account on our website or to amounts over $50 may also be redeemed to your PayPal account.

If any irregularity or fraud is verified to benefit from our referral system all credits earned will be disregarded and your account cancelled. You may not create a second account to benefit from the affiliate system for your own benefit, any way to hide your referral link, disclosure spam, act as an employee and/or representative of Big Box USA or other irregular activities.

Commissions will be according to the shipping weight and account type chosen by the affiliate:

 

"Full" accounts

Up to 4Lbs - $0.75;

from 4lbs up to 8Lbs - $1.50;

from 8Lbs up to 12Lbs - $2.25;

above 12Lbs - $3.60;

 

"Light" accounts

Up to 4Lbs - $0.50;

from 4lbs up to 8Lbs - $1.00;

from 8Lbs up to 12Lbs - $1.50;

above 12Lbs - $2.00;

 

Promotions

 

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms.

If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

  

Intellectual Property

 

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
